About our firm
Our journey began in 2022 when we were founded in Nashville, TN. In October of 2023, we relocated to St. Petersburg, FL . Our experience spans across diverse projects, including townhomes, custom homes, and multi-family apartments. We are committed to serving the entire Pinellas County, encompassing St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Largo, and the broader Tampa area.

Drew Donegan
My passion for design started at a young age. My mother and father were always staying busy with creative outlets. My father was a hobbyist carpenter, built custom motorcycles, and designed custom car interiors for work. My mother always was designing interior decor for friends and family.
When it came time for me to pick a career, I was fully committed to look for a design career. It didn't take long for me to find the architecture program at the University of Tennessee.
Fast forward to graduation and I moved to Atlanta, Georgia. I worked at the best multi-family housing firm in the country. I learned the ins and outs of apartment and dorm room design. I also got the opportunity to interact with developers and peek inside their world.
After receiving my Architecture license, I started my own architecture firm, Donegan Design. I have been blessed to be able to work on a variety of projects including: Townhomes, Custom Homes, Home Additions, Home Remodels, Detached Garages, Pools & Landscaping.
I am excited to serve the greater Tampa Bay area to help people create their dream spaces!
