Like many who go on to have a career in architecture, David knew he wanted to be a design professional from about middle school age. A few high school drafting classes only solidified this passion for design in David, and he went on to get his Master's degree in architecture in 2018 from the University of South Florida. During his time at USF he focused on digital modeling and rendering skills, as well as honing his ability to create site-specific designs that respond to the needs of the community while telling a greater story through the work. He also worked for a variety of different architecture adjacent companies such as a landscape architect, large scale public artist, and a custom furniture design shop. This helped to round out his design knowledge throughout schooling.
Post university, David went on to work for a specialized waterproofing firm, a large corporate architecture firm, and a sustainability consultant firm before taking a role at Donegan Design. Throughout the course of his career he has been involved in projects across various sectors such as single and multi family residential, large commercial renovations, public art, LEED documentation, and various institutional work. At Donegan Design, David's role is multifaceted, helping to bring the client's vision to reality. His passion for design lends itself to see your project through from start to finish, bringing the highest level of craft to your project.
